OCM’s first service offering began in 1993 and is now supported by 10 years of experience, wisdom and know-how. Our MRI/CT partners provide clients access to over 2500 facilities nationally. Through our team of professional Scheduling Agents and extended hours of service we have earned a reputation for Customer Service Excellence. Our timely patient scheduling, courteous service and maximum cost savings won us the loyalty of the largest writers of workers' compensation insurance in the United States and the trust of all our network providers. Our goal is to ease the customers’ workload through instant access to patient scheduling and medical report information while eliminating unnecessary phone time and faxing.

EMG and Nerve Conduction Studies (EMG & NCS)

One Call Medical’s physician based EMG & NCS service provides access to over 5000 network and non-network providers. Each physician applying to the network must satisfy stringent admission criteria before they are fully credentialed. After admission, One Call continues to monitor physician compliance to OCM’s proprietary reporting standards and their adherence to the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM) medical guidelines.
One Call Medical’s reporting standards were developed by OCM’s nationally renowned Neurodiagnostic Medical Advisory Board.

Extended Radiology Services

Setting standards and improving outcomes are a part of One Call’s core values. Each new service offered is developed with a commitment to improving the quality of patient care. One Call Medical is pleased to offer the following to its comprehensive service offerings:

Diagnostic Film Review

As part of One Call Medical’s continued commitment to meet the needs of its customers, Diagnostic Film Reviews are now being offered. Reading radiologists are board certified, licensed in the state of the radiology procedure, and provide a second interpretation and medical report. Testimony is available on request. Registered Nurses and physician consultants are available for questions.

PET and PET/CT Scans

In order to meet the innovative demands of state-of-the-art technology in nuclear medicine, OCM now offers PET and PET/CT scans.

OCM recognizes that PET is the only modality that can accurately image many organs with a single pass to allow determination of malignancy and metastasis.
This cutting edge technology has recently seen remarkable growth as more and more evidence has shown that it is the most accurate tool for imaging many tissue abnormalities.

In combining the anatomic detail of the CT scan with the metabolic detail of the PET scan, the PET/CT system provides exceptional image quality and accuracy of diagnostic information.
