The OCM Account Management team is the largest in the industry and is personally dedicated to the success of our clients at all levels of business - from senior management to local claims offices. Our team prepares quarterly cost savings reports that document client ROI, track usage, identify leakage, and most importantly are always available for consultation.
Our National Multilingual Customer Care Center
One Call Medical has three fully integrated regional call centers located in California, Georgia, and New Jersey. One Call Medical employs and staffs Care Coordinators that are fluent in a variety of languages including Spanish, Arabic, French, Italian, Gujarati, Hindi, and Punjabi. For all other language needs, our call center agents have access to specialized interpreters through AT&T's Language Line.
Our Provider Networks
One Call Medical's contracted provider network is a significant asset and a key factor in our success formula. The diagnostic radiology network consists of more than 2,900 providers in 47 states and is continuing to expand at a rapid rate. Our expert network of more than 1,300 Neurologists and Physiatrists specializing in EMG/NCS was developed in May of 1999. The Neurodiagnostic network is now available in 42 states and will continue to experience rapid expansion as well.
All providers must meet contract guidelines and pass the stringent OCM credentialing process prior to acceptance into the network. OCM enjoys a strong working relationship with its network providers where both parties continuously strive to enhance the relationship to better serve our customers' patients through strong communications and process improvements.
