Customer Contact Center Agent
We are always looking for energetic candidates in our Customer Contact Center to schedule patients and communicate scheduling information with Nurse Case Managers and Adjusters. Must be computer literate with experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, have strong oral and written communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast paced, continually changing environment with demanding turnaround times. Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and a minimum of six months experience in a call center.
We have Customer Contact Centers located in Parsippany,
New Jersey and Woodland Hills, California.
