One Call Medical, Inc. Strengthens Management Leadership Team With Several New Additions

One Call Medical, Inc. (OCM), the nation’s largest diagnostic provider network and process manager to the Workers Compensation industry, announced today the addition of several new executives who will lead their Information Technology, Major Account Programs, Business Process Excellence, and Marketing teams. These executives have joined One Call Medical, Inc. from management positions at companies such as JPMorgan Chase, Intracorp, P2P Link, Hoffman LaRoche, and EasyLink Services.

Established in 1993 and funded by TA Associates, One Call Medical provides cost-saving solutions that reduce the administrative tasks associated with the claims processing cycle as well as enhance the effectiveness of the claims professional and profitability of an organization.

One Call Medical’s new additions to the management team include:

Humberto Fajardo, Chief Information Officer
Humberto Fajardo will oversee One Call Medical's  information technology function, including operations, telecommunications, development, security, and technology integration. 

Before joining OCM, Mr. Fajardo served as Vice President of Internet  Applications Architecture for JPMorgan Chase's Corporate Internet Group.  His experiences at JPMorgan Chase included serving as Vice President of Internet Technologies for Chase Credit Cards where he oversaw the implementation of world class technology solutions and award winning credit card sites that reliably serviced millions of retail credit card customers and prospects. 

Mr. Fajardo's prior experiences include serving as Vice President of Applications Development for Citigroup's Corporate Finance Division, Director of eMarketing for Global Crossing, and Vice President of North American Applications Development for Swiss Bank Corporation.

Mr. Fajardo holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Pace University where he graduated with honors.

Bob Zeccardi, Vice President, Major Account Programs

In this new leadership position Bob will collaborate with all of OCM
functional experts to develop and execute value added sales and
distribution strategies that improves customer acquisition and
retention.

Bob brings to One Call Medical over 20 years experience in
the workers’ compensation industry.  Throughout his career, Bob has successfully consulted with the nations leading workers’ compensation carriers, third party administrators and self-insured employers to develop and deliver innovative solutions that greatly reduce administrative costs, improve medical and return to work outcomes.

Prior to joining One Call Medical, Bob spent 5 years heading the sales and marketing teams for P2P Link where he helped launch the industries first electronic service designed to connect workers’ compensation payers with their medical service providers.

Additionally, Bob has held leadership role positions at Intracorp and the Occupational Health Services division of Control Data where he led several successful new business and customer retention teams.

Ellen Wiss, Vice President of Process Excellence
Ellen Wiss is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years experience in Fortune 100 to mid-size corporations, with the last 15 years spent in the global pharmaceuticals marketplace.  Ellen has worked across industry and international borders to spearhead multi-disciplined business transformation, applying proven best practice methodologies and strategic technology to increase productivity and drive corporate profitability.

Ellen successfully led pioneering sales force automation initiatives, supporting several thousand field sales representatives at Novartis and Hoffmann-La Roche, and subsequently provided technology and process reengineering leadership at mid-size pharmaceutical sales & marketing service providers.  She has worked as an independent consultant and in varied management roles at Exxon and BASF, assessing organizational needs, implementing strategic technologies, assisting in merger integration planning, and project managing wide-ranging quality and process improvement efforts.  

Ellen is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA from The Wharton School.  She holds Six Sigma and Project Management certifications.

Bill Colacurcio, Director of Marketing
Bill Colacurcio is a seasoned marketing professional with over 17 years of experience developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives and thought leadership for various outsourcing and technology companies.  Bill brings to One Call Medical a diverse background in new market penetration, corporate branding, sales tool creation and lead generation programs all focused on delivering ROI results to drive new business opportunities while achieving corporate business objectives. 

Prior to joining One Call Medical, Bill worked for EasyLink Services developing a product marketing portfolio of outsourced business process automation services targeting varied vertical market segments.
