One Call Medical names Don Duford, Chief Operating Officer.

February 1, 2005– Parsippany, NJ – One Call Medical Inc. (“OCM”), the nation’s leader in diagnostic services to the Workers Compensation industry today named Don Duford, Chief Operating Officer (COO).  The announcement was made by Kent Spafford, OCM’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO).  Mr. Duford has been with OCM since July, 2004 as the Senior Vice President of its Group Health Division.

“This announcement comes at an exciting time for One Call Medical.  Our continued growth and diversification has created new and challenging opportunities.  Having someone of Don’s skills and expertise to fill this role will allow us to maximize these opportunities in two ways.  First, it will allow us leverage our success and dominance in Workers’ Comp to other markets.  Secondly, it will enable us to focus more keenly on our core competencies and maximize our operational efficiencies” said Spafford.

Don has been an industry leader for over 25 years.  Prior to joining OCM, Don was the President of Cigna Integrated Care, a new line of business created by integrating Healthcare, Disability and Workers’ Compensation services.  Prior to that, he was the President of Intracorp, a Cigna subsidiary providing nationwide managed care services.
